“Better Teaching, Better Learning: A Step Forward in English Education”
To enhance quality teaching and strengthen language-based learning, the Department of English hosted a workshop titled “Get Lit With Better English” on 30 October 2025. The programme focused on making English learning more impactful, inclusive, and method-driven.
Three interactive sessions covered strategic answering skills, sensitive thematic instruction, structured grammar modules, and the newly revised refresher course. The event created a platform for teachers to share expertise and refine classroom practices.
The session concluded with appreciation and encouragement from institutional leadership, reaffirming the department’s drive to shape confident learners and empowered educators.
