“Zeal Talk: Mindset Makes the Champion”
Expert PU College, Valachil, hosted a motivational session titled “Zeal Talk- Peak Performance Under Pressure, Pleasure” for II PUC students at the Cultural Centre on October 30. The session was led by Dr. N. K. Vijayan Karippal, Principal of Expert PU College, who spoke on the theme “Psychology of Smart Preparation for Exams.”
Dr. Vijayan urged students to “win in the mind first,” sharing the 6D Formula for Daily Success: Define, Divide, Disconnect, Detox, Drill & Debrief. He also introduced the 90–15 focused learning technique, power affirmations, and the influence of the Pygmalion Effect and growth mindset on academic performance.
The session received enthusiastic participation from students and faculty alike. Moulya (A2) emceed the event. The programme concluded with the powerful message: “Small daily habits lead to massive success.”
