On a power-packed morning, the Chemistry Department gathered in the Conference Hall for an in-depth faculty development workshop. Dr. Richard Gonsalves, Dr. Narayana Kudva N, Mr. Balakrishna Shetty A, and Mr. Arjuna N. N. were the resource persons for the event. From dissecting CET question papers to tackling ambiguous problems, from balancing top achievers and slow learners to introducing engaging teaching techniques – the session, enriched by motivational talks and real-world chemistry examples – empowered the Valachil and Kodialbail faculty to deliver even greater academic impact.
