Deepavali 2025 was celebrated with grandeur, radiating culture, joy, and togetherness at the Valachil Campus. The campus came alive with Goodudeepa making, traditional rituals, and a vibrant cultural parade. Graceful performances including Kunitha Bhajane added colour to the festivities. Captain Brijesh Chowta A, MP for Dakshina Kannada, graced the occasion as Chief Guest. He praised the region’s rich cultural heritage and the institution’s excellence in education.
Drawing from his Army experience, he inspired students to pursue success with perseverance and purpose. The presidential address by Vice – Chairperson Dr Ushaprabha N Nayak encouraged students to shine with humility and wisdom. The event reflected the college’s mission of blending academic brilliance with cultural pride.
