An Orientation Programme was conducted at Expert PU College, Valachil to welcome newly appointed faculty members and familiarize them with the institution’s academic culture, teaching methodologies, policies, and student-centered approach to education.
The programme commenced with a warm welcome address by Prof. Narendra L Nayak, Chairman – Expert Group of Institutions, who highlighted the institution’s vision of academic excellence, discipline, and holistic development. The newly inducted faculty members were introduced to the institution’s legacy, core values, academic expectations, and commitment towards nurturing young minds through quality education.
During the orientation, various sessions were conducted by senior academic coordinators and department heads on curriculum planning, classroom management, student mentoring, examination procedures, and effective teaching strategies. Faculty members were also briefed on the institution’s code of conduct, digital learning platforms, assessment systems, and administrative protocols.
