Led by Principal Dr. N. K. Vijayan Karippal, the session shed light on the Right to Education Act (2009) and the POCSO Act (2012).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The workshop emphasized the importance of creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for every learner. Teachers were encouraged to approach classroom challenges with empathy, awareness, and accountability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He highlighted the educator\u2019s role as both a mentor and protector in shaping young minds responsibly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The workshop inspired teachers to be more mindful, empathetic, and proactive in ensuring a secure
